The colour is somewhat decent but the cut is lacking. If a set stone shows such a large window, the stone's cut is not good to begin with. Light will leak right through the center and instead of seeing colour, you will see either the metal setting or your skin underneath. Not only that, that part of the stone will look dead and lifeless. Now, if that stone had spectacular colour, is a rare variety at a good price, then I'll forgive the window but not in this particular case. There also seem to be quite a lot of dark areas in the sapphire. Do you mind seeing more darkness than the blue colour? Where is the proof that the sapphire is untreated? I would want proper lab documentation if I have to spend that much money. The free appraisal is useless and a waste of paper so I don't put any stock in that.
