If my 6 prong solitaire currently holds a stone that is 7.84x7.86x4.85 mm, how much bigger can I go while using the same setting?

Probably should ask CVB since she made the ring. I don’t have any idea how much variance those settings will allow, but I certainly understand wanting to reuse it!
