Oh, you are too sweet! I didn''t think much would change after the wedding but it kind of has. I am just so happy that I finally am married to my best friend. I LOVE seeing his wedding ring on his finger.

Your story is wonderful! I too was surprised at my calmness on wedding day, especially since I couldn''t eat a thing for two weeks before the wedding.

Tybee- wow I am jealous. I was hoping I would be one of those brides that lost weight before my wedding but of course I was still hungry, as always. I really didn''t have any nerves at all (even weeks before). A month IS a long time. I am hoping someone will e-mail me pics.

TravelingGal- I still can''t believe I am a mrs! I do love my new wedding band. It looks perfect with my e-ring.

I also did not lose before...I am a stess eater sometimes!

I am not saying that sometimes eloping is not the best option, and you can have great memories from that too, But something about having the wedding you have always wanted is great. I just did a bar mitvah in November and I love looking at all the proofs, seeing the people have fun and seeing my son up there and enjoying himself. Long after the bills have been paid and the people have scattered back to the four corners, that is what dh and I have to share with our kids...CONGRATS again and cannot wait to see pictures!

How absolutely precious! I''d love to see the "kissing balls" and how you tied off the guests to greet them each individually. I really like that idea, as so many guests leave before you make it to the reception after all the pictures and stuff.

Awww. still no pics? I''m bummed.. I saw that the thread had been bumped.. and I thought for SURE there''d be a pic.. Nobody sent me any pics of my wedding either.. I thought for sure some would get emailed while I was on my honeymoon.. but I had to track people down and BEG them to send me pictures!

It helped that I had a wedding planner and everyone else seemed to be stressing enough for me. I don''t think it hit me that I was actually getting married.

Although at first a was a bit leery of contracting a wedding coordinator, I now know that it''s soooo going to be worth it that day. I plan (ok, hope) to be a cool cucumber that day!
