Always best to be suspicious until there is proof otherwise. A website which doesn't give you a clue as to their address or credentials is going to raise my eyebrows, for sure.

Furthermore, if someone is trying to use this report, as a "certificate" , that's a big red flag.

I agree, the website is very basic at best! I think it is best to avoid.....if it is too good to be true it usually is! The other option is to purchase it and have it appraised by GIA but then again do I want to go that far and spend the extra money for something that could be effectively worthless.
