DB-No, we didn''t get married in Providence, but Providence is really close to Newport if you decide to venture off the island. We were married at a restaurant called Cav and the hotel we stayed at was the Westin, which has views of the city. I''m not sure which picture looked like a wharf-perhaps the one of me looking out the hotel window? If so, what you''re seeing is the Providence Place Mall. Newport has a fantastic wharf though. Check out Clairtek''s pictures, they were taken in Newport. When you''re there, be sure to have lunch at the Brick Alley Pub (the crabacado sandwich is awesome) and then get gelato at Cold Fusion. Have a great time!
