Hello gemstone enthusiasts.
Please don''t be misled by my handle, I don''t sell gemstones.
I own a building stone retail yard. I started cutting & polishing slabbed marble & granite in 1973, and I really am nuts about rocks.

So, on to my question.

I''m just beginning shopping for a nice emerald ring for my dear wife. She wants a traditional emerald cut, with possibly 2 emerald cut diamonds beside.

I have browsed this site a bit, and also looked at quite a few online jewelry sources. I have to admit, I''m scared to buy online for an investment over $5k.

I love to hear any refferals / suggestions of a good reliable store to visit in the Washington DC Metro area, preferably in Montgomery County, MD

You have allready found one of the best you cant go wrong with Wink

www.winkjones.com he has access to thousands of stones that arent on his website including more of Richard Homers concave cuts which that is a picture of.
