Is redbarrels closing shop?

I purchased several small 4mm montana sapphires from him...good guy. Perhaps he'll take a break, however that lot of bixbite he had on ebay this week went for a pretty high amount. Hope to see those again as we did the lot of Hauyne a week or so ago.

He just said he is tired of listing every week. I don't blame him, it was exhausting when I did it, and I only did it for a few months. He's been doing it for years.

I've noticed this myself. I think sometimes it makes more financial sense to just use your own website if you have one.

Oh totally. After eBay and paypal fees, you lose about 20% of your income. If you are only doing 100% markup, that turns into a lot of your profit.

Plus all the scams from buyers now, it's a coin flip if you will actually get to keep the money.
