Is this a good value based on stats alone?

So, take my advice at face value but maybe you’re being overwhelmed by the desire to order a pretty diamond (who doesn’t like that dopamine?) and the selection available on the internet (you could literally go through 1,000’s in a night). My humble suggestion is to pause and a figure out what really important to you- you’ve jumped from I color to D color, excellent cut to “good” in days, and the selection is so all over the place that it’s hard to give advice because it’s hard to tell what your prioritizes are.
Can you go to a local jeweler, see what speaks to you? If not, maybe pop on PS’s thread for engagement rings under 1 carat and see what stands out?
There are so many tales hear of people regretting purchase, going through returns and just wishing they would have taken more time to find the right diamond- this is nothing new here.
You’ll get a ton of great advice if you can establish a list of priorities, a budget and apply some of the information (like cut parameter) when sharing selections.
Good luck on your search!

Truth be told. My budget opened up a lot just within a day or two and that’s why I made the color jump. But having an excellent cut stone is definitely a priority for me.

This is a great start.
We also need to know the following in order to provide you with the best recommendations:
1. Color range preference
2. Clarity range preference
3. Maximum price before taxes, shipping, etc

I think you need to slow down a bit. The stones you are picking arent going to be ideal performers (either due to cut, or clouds/inclusions). The SI2 you just posted is going to be hazy because cloud is the main inclusion, which is an issue for an SI2 stone.

Can you cancel it outright so that you can take a breather, regroup, then proceed with an army of knowledgeable enthusiasts, prosumers, and trade experts backing you up?

Decided to take a break on my RHR. I have another one I'm wanting to get in May. But it would be .75 not .50. I'll get back w/ you all then.

Excellent plan, in my opinion. No one here wants to see a fellow PS'er end up with a bit of a dud for a diamond.

It is really, really worth it to wait a bit, save up a little more $ (so that you'll have more options open to you), learn more about selecting diamonds by hanging out with us, spend time figuring out your own preferences for color, size, etc, and then let us help you make a better informed decision. You will be much happier in the long run and get a much better diamond.

Yes, if you give us your budget, we can maybe suggest some stones next time rather than you randomly choosing so many. We aren't going to approve of less than excellent cut, and I think it would help you to use these simple parameters to rule out stones that do not fit within this range:

table: 54-58

depth: 60-62.3

crown angle: 34-35.0

pavilion angle: 40.6-40.9

Many of the stones you showed us didn't fall within these number ranges. Also even the SI1's had inclusions that I would personally not be comfortable with. It's definitely worth waiting to choose a diamond if you can increase the budget.

Another way for you to search is to use the Pricescope diamond search and be sure you set it to only show stones with Excellent HCA scores.
