Is this cute or creepy?

I sort of agree that it''s just a bit casual, and seems more like a "memory" thing to me, too in the context of a wedding. And I *love* silhouettes, and tried to find an artist for my reception!! But I don''t think there''s anything wrong with it for a different day, like the rehearsal dinner or on the honeymoon!

I personally don't like it, and pearls feel better a nice short strand close to neck.
I feel w/ the birdcage and everything ... it is just too busy. you need something that won't detract from your dress. You may not even need a necklace, to be honest. But that is way fun for your honeymoon!!! or even around your bouquet maybe?

The multiples look too busy. Maybe one charm attached to a pearl necklace? Almost choker style?

It could be a nice mix of the two.

THIS!!

That could be a great aternative. I absolutely LOVE your dress and I think a chunky necklace like the one you linked would spoil it somewhat.

Or to go really vintage, have you considered a cameo necklace?

This is the train of thought I''m on as well. If you are planing to buy it anyway, I wonder if you could "wrap" the chain and pendant into a strand of pearls? That way you could check out all your options before the big day with your dress on.

ok the way the necklace is shown in the etsy photo admittedly does seem creepy to me, seems like a lot of missing children, but it does say towards the bottom that she could overlap two silhouettes on the front face, so maybe you and SO? but overall, it does bring a casual feel that i doubt you want with your very classy dress
