The 18th of August is actually 24 sleeps.....so I guess I got a bit ahead of myself...

24 days = 576 hours = 34,560 minutes = 2,073,600 seconds

...needs more ice cream

The waiting game sucks. Luckily this week I have had finals for summer school (I''m getting my masters) so that has kept me semi-occupied.

I had some on my way back from my last final to celebrate the end of summer school. There''s a fabulous family owned, home-made icecream shop downtown. Had two scoops of green tea ice cream in a waffle cone (sounds gross but tastes YUMMY!) because I figured it might be a *tad* early for the Bailey''s float...

I emailed my jeweler and he said the ring might be ready at the end of next week!!!!! Yayyyyy!!

The benchman has been carving the wax this week so it should be ready for approval by Monday!

And Miss Pinky and Irishgrrl, i LOVE green tea ice cream. That''s the lovely thing about Japan...green tea and matcha green tea ice cream is EVERYWHERE. I had the best one in Kyoto...and then managed to drip it onto my white skirt, silly me. But delicious!
