The ring is fabulous!! And I think the prongs look perfect, they don''t look too bulky at all. The angle of the first picture always make prongs look bigger than they really are. Besides, you don''t want to compromise the security of the diamond with 4 tiny prongs!

Absolutely gorgeous! I think the prongs look perfect! They''ll look tiny in real life....I just about died when I looked at my ring all hugely magnified, but it was perfect in person!

Two of the GOG staff members took a look at the ring and they both said it looks fine. I''m so excited! I won''t get it till Wednesday--just 5 more days!

I have the ring and the diamond is beautiful!

It''s so firey and bright! And the diamond is huge! The size difference from my 1.49 carat is very noticeable! I don''t think I can convince anyone who asks that this is the same diamond. I see the warmth but I don''t think the J color is more pronounced in this bigger diamond.

On the not so good side, the prongs do annoy me a little.

They are the same height as the table of the diamond. There''s also a minor problem with one of the prongs that I think can be easily fixed. I''ll probably have it taken care of locally instead of sending it back to GOG. Overall, I''m very happy with it. My husband is out with the camera so no pictures till later on tonight.

When I first saw your other diamond in that Precision set setting, I wanted it as well. I think I even PM''d you about it and then went and contacted GOG as well.

I think the prongs look perfect. Especially from the top picture. You don''t want them any smaller than that and you don''t want to risk them making a mess by trying to fix something that doesn''t need fixing to begin with.

Hey, maybe we could trade rings once in a while! We could do that diamond swap thing for a week or two!
