JEWELERS HELP!!! Can this ring be re-sized???

Hello all jewelers! Can you tell me if it is possible for this ring to be re-sized to a size 4 (it''s currently a 7). The ring is platinum. Thanks!

It will probably not be a perfect job and stones may fall out or the edges may buckle or wrinkle. It might be that it simply won''t go that far without coming apart.

One might insert a sleeve inside to make they smaller without re-sizing, but that is a big size difference. Re-setting may be the right way to go although that is a costly suggestion.
