Hi all! I just wanted to share my gift for my first ever Mother's Day with you all! I've been wanting a heavyish rolling ring in 14k or 18k for a while now, and due to the abhorrent prices here in Australia ($900... for 9ct gold
) I started casually scouring eBay.
I won this one for a great price, about half the price of the one I was quoted locally, but of course this is 18ct! And the cute red Cartier box wasn't a bad bonus
I wasn't specifically after a Cartier, but it was priced similiarly to a non branded band of the same carat anyway, so why not?! I also like the symbolism of the three bands for myself, my husband and our beautiful 5 month old baby boy. It's the 'le must de Cartier' one, I actually really like the engraving.
I wear it as a RHR, though sometimes if I'm out running errands and/or don't feel like wearing my wedding set, I love to wear it on my left ring finger stacked with my eternity band. I have to be very careful though as it's a tad big on that hand, especially now that the weather is getting cold!
Happy Belated Mother's Day, mummies!!
