Joined the 'Cartier Trinity Club' on my first Mother's Day!

Re: Joined the 'Cartier Trinity Club' on my first Mother's D

How did I miss this? It's gorgeous!!! So glad you were able to get one. AUS prices are so unfair. I collect Folio Society books and all the Aussie members complain bitterly about the prices for those, too.

I love the way it's really nice and chunky! When I got mine I'd have loved a chunkier one but it really didn't look right on my short fingers so I had to get the XS. But yours is very chic, with its thick-but-not-too-thick bands. Very European and stylish! And so nice that it's 18K...sigh. Can there be anything more satisfying than wearing a substantial, stylish gold ring by a famous jeweller? I think not!

Oh gosh I just saw this, sorry Smith! Thank you so much for your kind words lovey, and you are SO right, I do feel a bit special wearing my 'brand name' ring! No one else that sees it knows it's a Cartier... nor would they care I'd say, so it's my luscious little secret

No worries! Are you still enjoying wearing yours? I love mine.

Thanks arkie! I'm on the Surfcoast about 40 minutes from Melbourne (think Torquay, Jan Juc etc etc  )

Oh yes Smith, I wear it nearly every day, and still really love it! It was a very good investment

Hi Dandi,
I'm a fellow Aussie looking at buying the Cartier trinity from Japan like you did.
Your ring is just beautiful BTW.
I'm a size 5.5 to 6. In a wider ring def a 6. Do you think this would equate to a size 51. I want to wear it as a wedding ring. I don't have a store nearby to check sizing.
Any advice would be much appreciated.
Thanks :)

Re: Joined the 'Cartier Trinity Club' on my first Mother's D

Hi dreamon, and welcome! :wavey: It really depends on how firm you like your rings to fit. I like mine a bit on the looser side, so if you're in between a 5.5 and a 6 I reckon the 51 would be fine normally, but if you're anything like me and puff up in the heat, I'd probably prefer a smidgy bit bigger.

Here is a thread discussing various sizes, I hope it helps!

Thanks Dandi
I think I'd need a bigger size after reading the link you posted. I really dislike sausage fingers!
Hoping to get to Sydney soon for a weekend away so will make the effort to try on in store.
Thanks again

Yep, I'd definitely try on first if you possibly can. You're welcome hun! :wavey:

DandiAndi, Rubies,

Regarding your eternity rings, could you share what size stones are in your eternities (10/15/20 pointers?) and finger size for reference?

Love, love, love these mix and match stacks - congratulations!

Re: Joined the 'Cartier Trinity Club' on my first Mother's D

Hi Cris! My eternity is made up of 20 pointers, and is a size 6.5. It's too big for my left ring finger as you can probably tell from the pics, I usually wear it on my right hand... unless it's summer and my hands blow up like a bullfrog, in which case I wear it in place of my wedding set!
