Is their website down, I''ve been trying to get into it for days now.
 
Me too. I posted in response to someone recommending them on another thread, but no one else seemed to be having trouble except me. It''s been at least a week now.
 
So weird. I just tried it again, and it still works for me...

I have, and I''m using Internet Explorer. Does someone have his email so I can make him aware of this issue. I think this problem may be related to a computer upgrade I need.
 
I use firefox. The computer geek I live with recently updated my laptop. Wonder if that has something to do with it. I''m sure that his contact details can be found on yell.com or something similar.
 
It''s working just fine for me right now (using Firefox) and I was on their website last night as well. Although I did have to look up the URL... ititially I thought it was knoxjewelers.com - actually it''s knoxjewelers.biz.

I tried using old bookmarks when I had problems about a week ago, but that didn''t work. So I googled it and followed the link, but that didn''t work. I''ve also tried just typing the address in directly but no go.

I''m getting this message:

I haven''t been able to get the site for going on 2 weeks now. Nothing different about my computer.

Site isn''t working for me -- IT''S SO SLOW... it just takes 9 years to load. BUT, I have been to the site before, on this same laptop, on the same browser previously.. so...

Right now I have the homepage up with the links and everything, but nothing in the middle showing. If i try to look at anything else it takes forever........ but it never used to?!

I really love some of their solitaire settings

What I meant was, there is nothing different about my computer between now and two weeks ago when I was able to access the site.

I think I know what the website problem might be.

We recently moved to a dedicated server and changed our nameserver which is like a ''internet zip code''

Try Clearing Your Browser''s Cache by going to the tool menu in your browser and selecting the following:

Tools menu
general
delete files

This will clear the old ''zip codes'' that were stored in your computer for our old nameserver.

If this works, please be so kind as to mention it to the others that experienced the same problem... I would really appreciate it.
 
Thanks TL! I''m using another computer and can access the site, but I''ll try clearing my beloved history and cookies when I''m on my own computer again.
 
I think they fixed their problem because I can now get in! Yay!
