Not if I can help it

Honestly, I prefer to do my "proper" shopping by myself, so I can relax and spend as much time looking as I want. And I hate tagging along to other peoples'' shopping. We''ll go together if we are browsing for something of interest to us both, but otherwise, nope.

DH is great at shopping and works in the city, where there are shops worth shopping in. I live in a village and go to school in a town with mainly lame shopping opportunities. I therefore tell him what I need, approximate style and colour, then he goes and seeks out the item and brings it home. He has a better eye than I do. He will also spend more on me than I would.

I quite like grocery shopping, so we do that together, with our baby, who (so far) also quite likes it.
