ladies, does your husband know your weigh?

Yeah I think hubby knows eactly what I way but he never makes a fuss and is very supportive of getting fit and healthy. He doesn't seem to like the empahasis on "thin" - would pefer to think about what is healthy for you personally. I go to the gym almost everyday and frequently weigh myself. (Not entirely unhappy with the results thankfully - getting there!) I know his weight within about 5Kgs and I am super proud of all his weightloss! It's not a "big" issue in our house though...

HI:

Weight is a non issue in our household--don't own a scale, never have. The only reason my DH knows my weight is b/c I recently shared my Doc wouldn't mind if I gained a bit of weight (109 lbs, 5'6"). But my DH and I are both always around the same size--so there is nothing to discuss!

cheers--Sharon

Not trying to be rude or anything but what your doctor is asking you to do makes sense. 5'6, 109 is considered underweight.

HI:

I am what I am. I am very healthy, eat well and and am fit/athletic. And thin. Thanks for your concern.

cheers--Sharon

I'm not really concerned, I'm just stating facts. You chose to display your height and weight. That is that.

You're totally gonna get ripped for that comment, DF...haha. I know plenty about physical fitness and eating healthy, so I wasn't saying what I said without knowing what I'm talking about...oh well!

i know, but why live when you are afraid to eat foods that you love??

NO! And I don't know what he weighs, either...nor do I want to know. We're both slim/athletic, but I guess we just don't want to share that part of ourselves...and we're cool with that! I mean, I think we each have a general idea, but exact numbers aren't necessary. And we're both cool with that.

Everything in moderation, DF. Even Sinfully Pink.

Yes my husband knows my weight ...but not sure if he remembers. :)
He even knows the passwords of my accounts and I know his - heehee.

I'm a gentleman but yes my SO knows my weight. I tell him what I weigh especially since I've lost 18 lbs in the last three months. I don't know. Maybe women feel differently but to me it seems like a health issue and we discuss our weight. Besides, you look like whatever you look like and you would even if you hid your weight.

Yep - why hide the obvious? I've never understood the logic of lying about weigh

Or age I think. What good does it do to hide the fact. A person is the age they are regardless.

Yes, there is nothing to hide. I weigh myself daily to keep myself in line.

I do too. I used to have a cheap analog scale that was hard to read. Now I've got a great digital scale. The top is a piece of glass and it tells me my weight down to I think it's increments of .2. I don't rely on the doctor's weigh ins because frankly I'm wearing clothes when they do it and it's not accurate. I find it really helps to weigh myself. If I'm following my diet I usually like what I see. I've noticed that I'll reach certain plateaus before it starts dropping again. If I slip up and go to McDonald's I won't bother weighing myself that day. But it's generally helping me lose weight. I know the most and least I've weighed as an adult and I have a specific target weight. It's been kind of exciting over the last few months to watch my weight go down and it's going to be great when I get to my target weight and get to see the scale say the number I want.

DH knows everything about me. Sometimes he knows things before I do. That is scary!

Gosh and golly, NO! I mean, he'd hardly consider me a lady, then, would he? It's best he just guess based on what he sees (all crammed into my corset and extra-control tops) All I know is as long as he can lift me in his big man arms with his big man muscles, I'm safe and know I will always be the right weight for him.

I'm a-gonna zip my lip and go bat my eyelashes for awhile. !

EXACTLY! Totally with YOU on this one, jas.
