This won’t help the OP, but my wife didn’t want any gap at all, but her engagement ring was a Brian Gavin 810 halo. Oddly, Brian Gavin didn’t sell a wedding band to pair with his engagement ring.
So we went to various retail ring shops to get a wedding band that had a little curve in it. Ended up with a Cartier band intended for a Destinee halo. Cartier’s millee also exactly matched Brian Gavin, so it looks like a matched stack.
I’m getting married in less than a week (Ah!) and now I panicking that my wedding band looks bad. How do you feel about the gap? Also, anywhere I could order a band last minute as a replacement? I’ll do lab diamonds for the band even though my e ring is natural
I prefer a gap, and I think your set looks great. Maybe it's the differing heights of the bands that's throwing you off. I'd try to keep the heights as close as possible so one ring's band isn't sticking out from the sides more than the other. Right now, the diamond band is higher, causing it to stick out further than the ering's band.
