I''m glad tiara #1 was the overwhelming leader . . . I''ve gotten a few emails from people who were interested in where I got it, and I emailed the Ebay seller, and she was very evasive about where they all came from. I''ve added her as a favourite, so if I ever see her sell tiaras again, I''ll post it here!

YAY Lauren! I went to a friend''s wedding last summer in Vegas- she being from IA called me to see which hotel/casino I recommended- and it sure was beautiful at the Bellagio! They got some great photos in front of the fountains after too- enjoy!

The Bellagio has always been my favourite - even as a Las Vegas native. I lived there from ''77 until 2000, and with all of the new gorgeous hotels going up, I always knew that the Bellagio with the fountains, the Chihuly glass, and the Conservatory would be my favourite if I ever had a destination Vegas wedding.

I''m actually more brown than blue . . . it''s all inspired by our master bedroom that has a white duvet, with blue and brown throw pillows! I adore blue, and it''s very minimally used in the wedding, but pretty well used in the reception and party in Reno in July.

Oh, and one of the Mia Callaway Alencon with a pick-up ball gown for $3k is my $$ no object dream dress . . . silly, I know - but I adore her designs - her detail and finish is flawless, her fabrics are sublime! I don''t feel you should have to spend much more than that to have a dream dress!

They are very comfortable and the come in many colours, actually . . . I just bought some inserts for the ball of my foot and the heel so they don''t slide off!

Weston actually teased me about getting married by Elvis, hehe. I always thought that Vegas weddings got such a bad reputation, that I''ve felt that I''ve had to justify us getting married in Vegas by saying The Bellagio immediately after. I originally started researching the Wynn, but their packages start at $2,500 . . . for just the wedding! Pretty insane, but OMG what a gorgeous wedding that would have been in the Rose Garden!
