-There''s not too much I can say about Whiteflash that hasn''t been said over and over again...but I will anyway. From the moment I called there, I was greeted by an ultra friendly SA, Jamie Carson. This may sound weird but one of the things I liked the most about her was that she never once used any cheesy sales tactics or pressured me into settling for a stone that wasn''t what I wanted just to make a sale. I knew what I wanted. She listened to my needs and eventually hooked me up with the exact diamond I was looking for.

I was seriously considering the Harmony setting and even when I told her I decided to go with LM, she was supportive and never tried to sway me. The process from beginning to end, could not have gone any smoother. Between Jamie and Vera, every email and phone call was returned promptly and cordially. Oh and the ACA is amazing!

-Leon Mege was a bit of a different experience but I think I was well read up on him and prepared for any number of encounters that may have ensued. I was aware of some of the horror stories people have had with his attitude but I was willing to take my chances because I was confident he could make what I was envisioning...and he did.

My experience with him was positive all the way around. He was pleasant and a gentleman at all times. Dealing with him is much easier and productive over the phone as opposed to email. In fact, he usually answers the phone himself.

After I sent him my stone, he spoke with me for about a half an hour designing the setting. I told him what I had in mind (had already emailed him several pics) and he offered me some suggestions. Even after we settled on a design, I think I called him twice in the ensuing days to tweak it and he was very accommodating. He quoted me a 4-6 week turn around time and it was done in a little under a month.

He''s not one to chit chat about the weather or your proposal and I can see how this can rub some the wrong way, but his business like attitude was practical for the job and exceeded my expectations.

Ok on to the pics. Not sure when I''ll have hand pics but I''ll be sure to add them when I do.

Sorry some of the pics are so blurry. It''s hard to get good ones.

My diamond has practically the exact same stats, down to the size and color. And...it''s being finished by Leon in the next week or so. I hope ours didn''t get switched! LOL!

You put together a stunningly beautiful ring. Your FF will absolutely die when she sees it!

That is really gorgeous!!!

Is Leon making the matching wedding band? if not, I think the Tiffany Legacy band would go perfectly with it (that is what I wear with my plain Leon solitaire).

I still have to give it to her but I''d have to guess that she''ll take the reigns from there. I really like the LM one sided pave so that would probably be my vote. Thanks for the advice though I''m sure she''ll read this.

It''s beautiful!
