My nutritionist just told me that I need to do ''rigorous'' workouts 4 times a week.
I complained that I walk to and from the office and was told that''s not good enough....

. It really is a catch 22. If I don''t work out it''s unhealthy. If I do work out, it means less time at (real) work and that is unhea$thy too.....!
Do these nutritionists realize what is involved in making a living?!
Heck, they make a living out of telling people to spend less time working and more time working out!
I think I''m in the wrong business.
If I''m smart, I''d skip the exercise and simply make a living on insructing others how to do it for me...
I can exercise vicariously through them!!

Judah, it's so hard. I think you've hit on one of the main reasons our society is so out of shape.
I truly believe that health is more important than money, though... so even if it means being a little less wealthy in the long run, I'll make time for those workouts! And 'waste' money on healthy foods

In a funny way, guess you could say that with your excellent directive, one could actually come out on top, even from a financial perspective.
Taking off some time from work to look after ones health, will help insure that they don''t get sick etc. It will help them live a longer life, which means they could actually make up the di$$erence in longevity over isolated billable hours!!!
