Oh my goodness PavePrincess, your ring is spectacular! Thanks for posting more pics! I really like the design of this halo for the princess. I like how the corners of the halo are soft, not pointy corners if that makes sense. A lot of princess halos have the pointier corners which is not my personal preference. I have been looking for a princess halo for awhile and I am just loving this one! Can we have some details of your stone and where you purchased your setting? Was it custom made? Do you wear a band with it at all? Thanks for starting a thread!!!

Yes, I know what you're talking about. We had it custom made and asked for "cushion corners". It was a great compromise since the fiance is the one who picked out the shape of the center stone.. I had never really thought about what shape I would want, so it wasn't a huge deal, but the harshness of the halo princess corners was a little too "square" for me

My center stone is GIA 1.18ct, F, VS1

The setting was made by our local jeweler Joe Escobar. It is platinum, .9ctw. The ring is a size 3.75, but I had a spring put in (you can see it in the hand shot) because it was too big. If you look them up on facebook you may recognize some of the beautiful rings of PS past..
