I have a loose diamond round brilliant of caret 0.517.
Thinking of setting it in Classic Solitaire Rings for my proposal ring.

LoL...I haven''t got the size yet...it''s difficult...but I''ll try without grabbing too much of her attention.

So am in the midst of find a diamond setter first and once i get the ring size. I''ll go to the diamond setter.

I see.. in that case, any jeweler should be able to set it for you. I would suggest that you avoid the chain stores such as Lee Hwa etc though as they generally overcharge. You may wish to drop by several jewelers eg: Je Taime, Flower Diamond, Canary Diamond to take a look at their settings and ask about prices. Once thing to note though, I don''t think they will be responsible in case they chip your stone since you did not purchase the stone from them. You may want to ask about this before you set. I think gladyskriten went to a jeweler (Yuen Tung Gems) in Lucky Plaza and it turned out beautifully too. Good luck, show us the ring after it is set!
