I snagged a cute little white gold Art Deco brooch for a song on eBay, and while I do wear brooches, this one was a little too delicate and demure to really pack a punch. I dug through my jewelry box and found a cool 14k chain from my grandmother’s collection that I never wore, and brought both of them to Nick Engle and his team in SF. I’m SO overjoyed with the final product! They added three little loops to each end of the brooch, and created a little bar near the clasp to keep the 3 chains in line. They also bent the brooch slightly so it sits nicely on my wrist. So, without further ado, here’s the before: 083FBA7E-A193-4884-B77E-9B8B7632A641.png21419CBB-2DFF-4842-8683-3404E0772AEF.jpeg

And here’s the final product:

Thanks so much Queenie! My e-ring just had to sneak into a few shots :lol: They seem to be playing well together so far

Thanks JPie!! I was so happy that I had an occasion to use the necklace too!! It's a really unique chain, but it didn't really do anything for me as a single strand necklace. I was considering making the two pieces into a bar necklace, but I'm really glad I ended up going the bracelet route. It turned out even better than planned. My grandmother is the one who taught be about jewelry from a young age, so using one of her pieces in this bracelet makes it feel special. And thanks for the compliment on the cluster!! I got engaged in January and I'm still so in love with it.
