I made a purchase online and am very anxious to see the stone... Maybe some experts can give me their opinion on the specs.

Cushion Brilliant Cut for $3700 with a GIA certification

1.01 Carat
Color: H
Clarity: S1
Polish: Excellent
Symmetry: Excellent

Measurements: 6.26 x 5.66 x 3.69
Table: %55
Depth: %65.2
Fluo: None
Girlde: Slightly thick - Very thick (faceted)
Culet: Large

The last two worry me a bit. I've got a thin white gold setting with 16 side stones equalling 0.25 carats in weight waiting for this stone.

What does everyone think about this diamond

No pictures. I know that's not the smartest move but the return policy is 10 days from date of arrival so worst case scenerio i give it back.

unfortunately there is no way to know what it will look like without pictures, cushion brilliant is a broad category with many sub-types. this rather long but informative video gives some insight into the world of cushion diamonds
