I think you look great! I know it feels like you''re wearing a ton of makeup but if you go sans makeup or with just an amount you use for everyday, it does NOT show up in the pictures!!! I think this look is very nice and natural looking and in no way overdone! You could even play up your eyes a little more. I like the lipstick but if it''s a little dark for you, something lighter would also look good I''m sure.

I agree with everything FG said. I too normally don''t wear a lot of makeup so on my wedding day I felt like I had a ton on. When I go back and look at the pictures, it was just the right amount.

I too would play up your eyes a bit more. Maybe a smoky eye liner and a bit more mascara.

oooooh,
I am going to be no help here, just jealous of your pretty wrinklefree eyes!~
You look lovely.
Wish I had a time machine.... but I digress.

Here''s a link for lip stains. They''re the best as they won''t end up on your SO, your dress, or your toasting flute!

I used the Vincent Longo lipstain until I lost the almost full container...grrrr. It''s kinda thin so it doesn''t last very long, and has a really STRONG vanilla weird smell. If you like vanilla it is ok, but if you don''t, don''t get it. I don''t think it''s the best stain out there.

I think you look terrific but like what you said about toning down just a little. I too don''t wear makeup a lot and for my wedding stayed on more natural lipstick shade because of it.

A lot of good responses back to you on your makeup...Remember that you are going to be taking pics so make sure any touch up is something you can handle. I agree to maybe soften the lips...but just a smidgen because you will be kissing folks and you want to still have color. Have you thought of a lip stain and then just a little fruited gloss in the center just for the effect? A nice goldish gloss placed at the bow of your lips would be fabulous. You have a wonderful smile!

Your eyes are so pretty! If there was a suggestion to be made, I''d say a tad more emphasis on the outter edges of the crease to set off those pretty eyes and some strategically placed false eyelashes just for where your eye naturally lifts at the edges.

Make sure you communicate to your makeup artist to keep your foundation well blended into your jawline and neck and you should be fine.

Such a pretty and happy bride!

I also agree with the others about the smokey eye effect. Your eyes played up that way will just pop in your photos and will show your happiness of the day. It is true that if you play up the eyes, you lessen the effect of the lips, but for this particular type of event, a good lip stain and some goldish gloss with maybe some tint to it seals the deal! I have friends you swear by Benetint and Smashbox, but Stila and Tarte have lip tints as well. Have fun finding the right one for you!
