I think it would be hard to get a red a nice green in the right size, shape, dimension, but you never know. Could be one of those things that if I kept looking and patiently waiting over the next 15-20 years, I could get the deed done

If you have time to spare, I would collect more FCDs of different colours to make it a multi-FCD stone ring. If not, I find that if you don't want the typical halo, is to go with belle epoch, tiara or moi+toi style ring.
