May I see a 4.00-4.50 CT on a size 4 finger, please?

I am a size 4 and am trying to decide on which carat. I went to the jewelry stores but didn't see anything except the trendy, halo..all the same type..etc and the 4ct I tried on was emerald or halo so I didn't get a good idea of the size to my finger size, and I'd like to see what a 4-4.5 carats looks like on a size 4 finger/hand. This is my first post, I just joined after reading all your nice and friendly and informative posts! Thanks so much!!

I'm a size 3.75 or a 4 depending on if it's hot/cold or hormonal changes.

Not sure if this is completely applicable, but I'm a size 3.5 and have a 4.00 ct sq. emerald - these face up smaller than other shapes, but in case it is at all helpful:
