Hi Miranda,
How are you? We went shopping this weekend and Cost Plus had the banana leaf bar stools so we bought them and chairs too! I was so excited to see them because our Cost Plus never had them before and I Loved yours; it was love at first sight!

I always loved your bar stools so I had to have them! hehe Do you do anything to keep them looking nice? Or how do you keep them clean (spills etc)? Any advice on taking care of them would be appreciated!

I''m so glad you have the barstools! Does the height work for you? I had to have hubby lop off some of the length, restain the bottom, and reinstall the felt piece at the bottom because I needed *counter height* stools instead of bar stool height. OK, so here are my tips for keeping them looking nice:
-Eat cereal on them every day and be sure you spill.
-Moosh ice cream into them.
-Grind your play shoes into them reallllly hard and be sure to leave dings and scratches!

Haha - all kidding aside, they are easy to take care of. I turn them over and knock out the crumbs when need be. They get an occasional wipe down and vacuuming whenever the floors are being done. All in all they are very durable. Mine get used by the kids every morning and at lunch time (if they are home) and they still look brand new. I''m so glad I picked these over the custom fabric parson style I was considering.
