It is super comfortable to wear. It''s way heavier than my original ering, but I don''t notice it at all. I wouldn''t be able to explain it to anyone else but my jewelry pals b/c nobody else would "get it", but it just feels like it''s meant to be there. It feels and looks like it was made specifically for ME. I mean, obviously it was, but you know what I''m saying-like having clothing tailored to exactly fit. It fits my personality and I think it suits me. I like that it''s plain on top-not plain like brown paper bag plain, just simple and unadorned, but it''s different b/c of the bezel..and then the profile has just the right amount of surprise and uniqueness.

I''ll see what I can do about stronger lighting. We have those curly energy saving bulbs and I don''t like them.

I just love your ring. Everything about it is perfect. I don''t think I would put a wedding band with it, because I could not see the gorgeous profile then. However, if you do decide to, it looks like it will tuck under the stone very nicely. Mine is made in a similar way, and I love the comfort of the wedding band tucking under the stone.


Please, don''t put it in the snow again!!! That was scaring me.

The band issue..my bff said no band too. I''d rather have one, just b/c I feel it shows I''m married, not engaged. I thought if I could find one that was flat, not domed, and that was thin, it wouldn''t come up too high to cover the profile. Nothing w/stones, just plain metal. Would it work d''you think?

Snow isn't going to hurt the stone or setting, but I wouldn't do it in deep snow in case the entire ring sinks into the snow and gets lost!
