I posted this quite sometime back, but this is a picture of my great grandmother's e-ring setting. My mother and I added diamonds and the amethyst to the empty setting and later took some nice pictures. The stetting is platinum, though it does look a bit yellow gold in the picture. I just thought it looked cool on the peacock feather.
