I''m not really sure. I purchased the ring with the emerald already set and it didn''t come with a grading report. Do you know where the majority of blue/green emeralds are being mined? There was another emerald ring in the jeweler''s case, by the same designer, that was from Zambia and the two emeralds looked very much alike in tone and saturation. Both stones were on what I would consider to be the pricey side, if that has anything to do with it. I need to spend time on the Colored Stones forum and learn more about emeralds. I also have a sapphire waiting for a resetDate: 6/28/2009 12:08:57 PM

RS,
Nice emerald.
Is it Zambian or Columbian? Just curious.
My pooch, aka Charlie Brown, asked me to thank you for commenting on his "adorableness"Date: 7/15/2009 1:20:21 AM

What a great color! And what an adorable pooch!
When I saw this ring, I was pretty much smitten. Loved the stone, loved the setting and am pleased that the transaction went seamlessly. Thank you for your very kind words, which I truly appeciateDate: 7/15/2009 2:14:45 AM

Wow; your ring is absolutely gorgeous and the emerald itself is stunning. The setting and the emerald complement each other perfectly! Each stands its own without overpowering the other. Wow!

everything about that ring is so delicate and beautiful!
I would like to see more emeralds, as well. Do you have an emerald in your three stone ring? I would love to see itDate: 7/15/2009 1:34:12 PM

A lovely new ring - we don''t get to see a lot of emeralds on here, wish there were more. Also, I''m kinda horrified that an emerald could break while you''re sleeping. Good thing I don''t wear my 3 stone halo much.
