My Good Old Gold Experience

Greetings All,

Like most people in todays global market, I''m always uneasy about purchasing on the internet. I do it it all that time, but I am completely aware of the many pitfalls that are in such transactions.

I purchased my diamond from Bluenile- had a very pleasent transaction, they answered all my questions in a prompt and curtious fashion. (1.26 asscher)

I purchased my Semi-mount( .60 tcw, Solasfera diamonds) from Good Old Gold. I have to admit I work in research and Development and always do my D&D before hand. I am a customer service persons nightmare Good Old Gold answered all my questions in a very personable manner. I being the person I am, found one minor question upon receiving my semi-mount( one slightly loose stone). Good Old Gold not only answered my question but bent over backwards to make sure I was happy with my purchase. That is the true sign on a great company. The semi-mount looks beautiful !!!

So a big kudo''s to both companies, but especially Good Old Gold for fantastic customer service !!!
