My HG just arrived! 5 ct antique cushion and CvB

Hi everyone!
I wanted to share my latest (and last!) upgrade. I started out with a 1.7 MRB, then upgraded to a 3ct OEC. I absolutely adored the OEC, but always wanted an antique cushion that was ~10mm. After a recent medical illness, I realized that there was no time like the present to acquire and enjoy what you yearn for, so when this cushion came my way a little earlier than expected, I had to jump on it.
The specs:
Antique cushion
5.02 ct
GIA K, VS2
I had the cushion in a temp setting while I searched for its forever home. There are soooooo many beautiful settings but I only have 10 fingers, and well, only one to wear this ring. I always came back to CvB’s Chloe setting. I reached out to Caysie who was wonderful to work with and we ended up with a modified Chloe, as I wanted a more open basket. (I am a good PSer who cleans her rings religiously and may I give a shout out to LAD’s Lavish which works great! I love it and I find it so convenient but anyways) Here are some vendor pics, and my pics after receiving it literally 30 minutes ago!

I think I might have benefited from your upgrade. I recently bought an OEC that looks a lot like your avatar. I totally agree with you about enjoying what you yearn for as soon as possible. Life is too short.
