Of course we don’t have that pretty snow backdrop anymore now that I have the completed ring, even though we still have the freezing temps...at least the sun is out to enjoy some fire today!

The brightness of this stone and the rainbow play of light through it is so fun to watch!

Thank you! I did take all these photos and videos with an iPhone 11. Sometimes I drag out the big camera, but I was really happy with the results from the phone this time!

This is not my best camera work, but I was playing around while waiting for my son’s bus and liked the comparison of different lighting conditions.....shade - full sun - backlit. It shows how it does look darker in full sun like many well cut h&a stones, although there’s still a lot of rainbow flashes. We don’t really have too close neighbors, but I hope they don’t think of me as the weirdo taking videos of her fingers in the driveway now!
