Laney! It is beautiful!!!! Great pics!!!!

I recently received (last Tuesday) a Michael B. three-sided pave e-ring
I LOVE your ring too. I almost went with Michael B. I was thiiiiis close. Your ring is amazing!!! Very much my taste too. So many to choose from and only 10 fingers!

Thanks Laney for answering back.
I''m excited to get it, Ill post the picture when I do.

Nice to know that you do get compliments, I don''t know what''s wrong with complimenting,
but I do think some women never say anything because they don''t want you to know they
were looking at your ring. Or at least, that is what I think. I think some women think that
your jealous, but really your just admiring the ring and thinking about possibilities for yourself.

Anyway, everybody is different.

I''m going to wear my with pride, because it is something really nice and I''m really proud
to be able to finally afford such a nice ring, it took many years to save for it.

Thanks again.

Your ring is absolutely gorgeous!

yes Laney I think I need some side stones now, dammit!!! That center does look much bigger with the sides. I have been secretly coveting turning my ring into 3 stone and keeping all the diamonds also....maybe sometime in the future! Gotta reach the 2c upgrade mark first!! Priorities!

This setting is perfect for your hand. It looks far larger than a 1.5 ct. I''ll bet you get a lot of looks and wows from your friends.

That is by far the prettiest ring I''ve ever seen!!! This is my very first day here on pricescope, and I''ve been scoping out your ring for a little while now. I went to a store today to ask about the Tacori Rosebud, however, in their catalogue they only have style numbers, not names. I was wondering if you know the style number? I''d love to try this beauty on in person. I think you''ve solved my engagment ring fantasy! Thanks :)

Oh gosh Laney! I am drooling over your rings! They are the most gorgeous pieces of jewelry I''ve ever seen in my entire life! I am new here and it is because of you I joined! Please tell me some more about this ring. I went to the store yesterday, the day after seeing this ring, and asked about the Tacori Rosebud. They do not have them in their cataloug by name, but by style number. Would you happen to have that? I lovveee this ring!

Bellatina, welcome to PriceScope! Mrssalvo answered your question about style number in the post above yours. Laney has not posted since 4/14/06, so it is quite possible that she will not see your post.

You might want to price the Tacori setting at Sister''s Jewelry. Some people have bought settings there at a good price.

Thank you so much for that style number and that site to check out. I am very new at this and do not know the first thing about diamonds. So, figuring out what setting I like is at least a start. Has anyone ever recieved a price quote on this setting? :)

Hi Mara

The site mrssalvo gave has a price. http://www.tokensjewelry.com/rose.html I don''t know if Sister''s jewelry will be more or less than that. But it gives you something to compare it to. Tacori is expensive.

Mara''s rings were custom made. The e-ring was made by her jeweler, and the wedding band was made by WhiteFlash.

If you want to learn about diamonds, you can read under Knowledge on this site, and I especially recommend going to the Good Old Gold 4 C''s section, because they give wonderful photos of diamond color, clarity, etc.

Once you have an idea what you want, people here can help give you links to some excellent stones. You should post in Rocky Talk for help choosing a diamond. I chose my anniversary diamond from Good Old Gold about a week ago! I just need to decide on a setting now!
