This is my Yorkie Chihuahua mix. He was breed to be a tiny little purse puppy! Well the owner did not like the fact he ended up being 10 pounds and dropped him off at the local humane society. Due to bad breading he has a grade 4 heart murmur, a cataract in the right eye, and suffers from hip problems and skin problems. I love him to death.
Please if you are going to buy a dog please remember they are not fashion objects and are precious little souls.
Sorry for the rant but one of my neighbors little Yorkie, was just squished in front of my home. She never kept Jaja the dog in her yard and wouldn’t neuter him because she thought he would make pretty puppies.

I love hearing when people rescue animals and give them good homes it sounds very much like what my sister would do .

OMG I have a yorkie Chihuahua mix who looks JUST LIKE HIM but with longer hair. I got her as a puppy, thinking yes she''d be a little itty bitty thing and for a while she made us think she would be. She was a little tiny ball of fluff. But now she is a big girl weighing in right at 10.5. I LOVE HER she is so smart, and easy going. Very intelligent on so many levels. It''s like having a child to be honest. She lets us know when she wants to be held, when she wants to go out, if she''s hungry, she guards me, she gets distinct looks when she doesn''t feel good. She''s so funny. She thinks she''s a lab and plays with the big girls.I can''t get enough of her.

I can''t understand how anybody could have let that cute little guy go. It really boggles the mind. Well done- he really looks happy and at home with his new pack!
