How fitting. I don't have a middle name, whereas the rest of my family do, so my 3 year old told me my middle name is "Queen of the universe"

I received my ring today after a stressful day of thinking it was damaged by FedEx. It was initially supposed to be delivered 3 days ago, but has sat in Stansted for 3 days and the status changed to "no pending delivery scheduled". I got a bit worried so chatted with FedEx, who told me that my package was damaged and it would be sent back to sender! I informed Caysie, who was trying to find out what had happened, then this morning the status was changed to "in transit" and I told my husband to open it with the delivery guy present and not to accept it if it was damaged. I was out all day.

I came home to a lovely ring with no damage. The box was not damaged either. I have no idea why FedEx thought there was. I'm relieved and annoyed at FedEx.

Anyway, here it is in various lighting. The ring is very delicate with a lot of attention to detail. The sapphire sparkles even in dim lighting and is never black. I love how purple it is!

My best guess is that something else broke or got damaged next to your package in transit (think liquids). Someone had to inspect everything around it before they sent it back out. I don’t work for FedEx but I do work in logistics. I personally would have had a coronary seeing that on my tracking!
