My reset...finally. My pretty stone is home.

This second set was taken outdoors at the end of the day, using an SLR. I took soooo many, and so few turned out ok. I blame it on my needing bifocals, but not having any. I wonder what it looks like on a sunny day, but taken outside in the shade. There is one where you see my camera in the center of the ring! I was totally blocking the sunlight. (amateur...) omg...

MrsAkin, thank you so much. The side stones are 30 points each. I would not have been opposed to go even slightly bigger than 30, maybe 40. But this turned out very nicely. I think the high set six prong head also makes the center look bigger. I was worried that the six prong would clash with the four prong look of the side stones, but it doesn't clash to my eye.

Thank you Ashleigh. You don't know how hard I worked trying to capture the faceting, but it just felt like I could not see anything very clearly for just a millisecond before I snapped the shot. I have a new appreciation for how hard PSers work to capture so many beautiful photos that I have enjoyed already.
