CM... I think you and I are on the same page. Those settings are gorgeous. I really like the first one that you mentioned!!! I am now thinking an east/west vintage style setting instead of a three stone! I plan to have LM do it.............but I am afraid it may get a bit out of budget... WWAAAH! I swear... before I leave this life, I want a Leon Mege ring!!!!!!!

Well that looks like a winner! I''m shopping for a cushion cut sapphire too. I plan to set mine in either a BeverleyK halo (more antiquey look) or a Ritani Endless Love halo (more modern.) I really like gemstones in halos. I also love the Vatche Princess Grace but it is above my budget (Legacy look). So that is what I would do with that beautiful stone! I also think it would look great in a 3 stone with side diamonds, maybe traps or even small cushions? I like the Knox setting posted also - have always liked baguettes.

by the way how did you find Simply Sapphires to work with?

John was great to work with. Give him a few days to get back with you though. He sent some little goodies along with the stone. A Simply sapphires pen and a 20x jewelers loupe!! COOL!!! He even overnighted the stone for FREE!!
