I am no expert but I think it is a tad (just a tad) on the deep side, would have expected measurements closer to 7.0x7.0x4.1, so it might not face up quite as large?? Otherwise I think all of the other depths, angles and %s look good. Make sure it is eye clean at SI1 if that is important to you.

All the numbers look good to me. Usually we look for depth to be 60-62% so *I * dont see a problem there.
Honestly, you cant go wrong wtih an ACA. It should be a beautiful stone.

I'm not an expert but I do like the fact that it's an ACA, even though I can't tell the difference between an ACA or Expert Selection.

I've glad the numbers look good. I'm just uneasy about the numbers after the "$" sign. It would put me slightly over my budget. =/

Have you seen this one at BGD? Its a G/SI1 1.21 but a smidge larger then the 1.23 in dimension.
You would need to call them and ask for pictures. Their stones are usually eye-clean and quite lovely.
Brian Gavin I believe started the ACA line of diamonds for whiteflash.

$6910 with discount. A tad eaiser on the wallet.

EDIT - I meant $6703 with discount (better yet).

The Brian Gavin diamond has Medium Blue Fluorencence. Any thoughts on that? I was told I should find faint or negligible fluorecence.

I think no prob with MB, I have an E with MB which I like very much. Now I'm looking for an F with VSB. I had D with no fluorescence before so I am in position to tell if it is a negative thing or not. I saw that the WF one is sold, so you decided already?

No. Didn't buy it. Just a little out of my price range anyways.

Thanks for your help guys!

If I was you I will choose the BGD stone. ACA is created by Brian and BDG Signature is the latest creation of Brian so I think it should look better, plus, it is cheaper!

The MB shouldnt have any effect on the stone except maybe under a blacklight. I actually have a small stone with
MB fl and I see no effect. It is a J color stone.

It would be best to call BGD and ask them their opinion of the MB and of the SI. They will be honest with you.

No offense, Chloe, but I don't agree with this statement. Generally speaking, ACA's are gorgeous stones and BGD signatures are gorgeous stones. I have owned both (in the 1.2X size) and saw comparable fantastic performance from both.

Both are fantastic options. That said, if the BGD is less expensive, bigger dimension-wise, and eye-clean, then yes, go for that one.

Siamese Kitty, of course I don't feel offended, thank you for the info. I have only ACA so apparently I can't make a comparison with BDG Signature, I just made a guess based on what I read about Brian and his Cut Beyond Brilliant Diamonds.
