Not sure if I have ever posted before, but I lurk. Recently purchased this ring: https://www.costco.com/emerald-cut-...latinum-eternity-band.product.4000230427.html
I have always loved emerald cut diamonds (my og engagement ring was one, which is why I wanted an EC eternity band.)
I have a couple of questions. First, it seems too good of a price for a 5 carat G, VS1 eternity band. It's 4.4 mm and says it is natural diamonds. Should I be concerned that this may not be natural diamonds given the price? Experience /concerns with Costco and quality? Do the diamonds seem spaced too far apart? Is the setting odd for an emerald cut eternity ring? I want to love this ring as the price is nearly half that for other sites with similar size /VS ,G quality. I thought about ordering one from By Bonnie Jewelry in California, but was worried if I didn't like the diamonds or craftsmanship I could not return it. Costco has a good policy on that. I'm not sure if I'm keeping it as the size I purchased is slightly big (7) and when looking at the ring head on, there is a lot of darkness across the diamonds in the belly. The ring shimmers nicely when moving, however. Comments? Concerns.
