need advice for oval diamond!

This is the GIA certificate

The person is asking for $4900. Is that a good price or should I ask for a lower price? They said the bow tie effect is "minimal." I asked for a video but I am still waiting for their response. Thanks so much!

The original, and very recent, purchase price was apparently just about $4900. A number of vendors had it in their virtual inventory,but Eternity by Yoni is the only one who's still showing a price; all the others simply have the SOLD notation on their pages:

Are you buying it from a private party or a vendor? If this is a private party, it's way overpriced. It's retail pricing.
