However, you two are dating. I think it odd that she is going on a "date". Also, does he respect your relationship? Trusting her or not, that would matter to me. And too bad, if it really hurts you she should gracefully bow out, she does not need to blame you for it. She could say on reflection she is not comfortable and is not going to go as his date.
