Congratulations!!! Looks STUNNING on her!!!
Thanks everyone. Looking for some advice on resizing now. The ring is a 4, and turns out she is a 3.5... so it’s quite loose right now. However, she’s worried that resizing now means it won’t fit during/post pregnancy. Any advice? Resize to 3.75 and add a (temporary) sizing bead as a safe compromise?
Check out this thread with a lot of Victor Canera's rings. His halos seem to check all your boxes, in particular the very little space between the center stone and the halo, minimal metal around the diamonds, and his round in a cushion halo is my favorite etc.

Victor cuts super ideal cuts and you get a discount on his setting if you get his stone as well.
Easiest way to contact him and get information and get comfortable with him is to give him a call. Just go to his website and call. He's very nice and easy to talk to, and very low pressure. I would ask to speak to him directly. Not that Nicholas isn't nice. But personally I feel more comfortable after talking to him directly.

This particular PSer made a very detailed posting of her comparison of his work and other well respected pave specialists. This will give you a good idea of the quality of his work.

Good luck.
Sorry I missed your post of the ring. It is beautiful and so happy for you that it worked it with Victor and the timing. His halos are truly flawless. Congratulations to you both. And as a reminder if there are any service or other issues, I would reach out to Victor first. He takes pride in his pieces for the lifetime of the piece.I just wanted to circle back and thank you again for recommending VC. Stunning work. If not for you, and everyone else who recommended VC, I probably would have not even come across his settings.
By the way, we had VC resize the ring to 3.5 and it worked out perfectly. Still some room to rotate but just right for the knuckle.
