Need feedback on low priced sapphires

If I only had 600 to spend, I would aggressively inquire after this one. That said, there's a reason its so cheap--I bet its a somewhat steely blue, and of course there's that odd inclusion.

I totally agree with Preg, Chrono and Minou that if you have the extra dough to blow, by all means buy a higher quality stone.
