Yes I sure am
Hi, are you on here?
Yes I sure am
Hi, are you on here?
Yes indeed
Have a couple of questions if you don't mind.
1. Why are there some diamonds with certificate dates back in early 2024, why are some of these diamonds still sitting around if they are really good diamonds? I would think they would be snatched up.
2. Is GIA or IGI better for lab diamonds? I always thought if you get a GIA diamond you are getting some of the best diamonds?
3. There are some diamonds on LGD that are 2K all the way up to 10K, what differentiates the more expensive diamonds that have the same specifications?
4. If I said my budget was around $5K, does this give me a more ideal diamond?
5. Out of the 11 would you choose the one that looked very interesting over all other 10 you sent me?
Thank you
1. Probably because of their past price points being really high 6 months to a year ago when they were "fresh from the grading lab".
2. GIA is a bit stricter than IGI, but that doesn't mean great IGI graded diamonds can't exist...they do and all of mine and my wife's LGDs are IGI graded.
3. Could be a multitude of factors: the supplier mark-up, a pricing error not yet addressed, etc.
4. Not necessarily at this carat weight range.
5. Not necessarily...I also like to keep price per carat in mind.
Thank you for answering.
So, if I go with the last question, that is a definite no for the last one you sent me.
Would you mind taking a look at these again, xx83, xx84, xx88, and especially xx60 from the last batch? Thx
Are you still here?Yes indeed
Please let me know when you are on again.I don't have the list open anymore.
Please let me know when you are on again.
I don’t know how to add these with loupe 360.
Maybe one more list with 4K limit?

Sorry...done.
So I've adjusted the sliders to narrow down a new list using $4k as the new limit and...there are still 561 diamonds between 2.8-3.4 carats.
And meaningful numbers that maybe the diamond carat weight could end in, such as a birth year, anniversary year, milestone year, something else altogether, etc?
Example: all of my wife's latest LGDs end in either 75 or 76 since those are very meaningful numbers to my family.

That’s really cool, how about 12, 14, 24, 26, 61, 68.
OK, list is ready when you are.

Hi, are you on?
I am now - just got done with gorging what feels like half my body weight in popcorn, err, I mean eating dinner.
Love popcorn! Sorry I didn’t answer for a few days, putting the list together of available, or not, calculations, etc. Do you mind taking a look and see what you think?
Hopefully narrow to 4-5? Please, thx
Sure thing and sorry for the delay - got a sick kiddo running a fever, but he just went to bed.
If you're still on, I'm here and ready to pitch in.
Sorry about your kiddo, hope they get better soon.
Please let me know when you are back on and ready, ok? Thx
