Have been on this forum for a while and learned a ton! Thanks everyone!

I am trying to decide on a stone. GIA cert shows Round G. VVS2. 1.30ct and the following:

table: 55%
depth: 62.5%
crown angle: 35.0%
pavilion angle: 40.8%
culet: none
girdle: thin to medium (facted)
polish: exellent
symmetry: excellent
fluo: none
cut grade: excellent
measurement: 6.96*7.01*4.35 mm
additional description: H&A

However the jeweler aslo run the Siren report for me and that one shows a very different numbers:

1.295ct
table 56% (3.93mm)
depth 61.9%
Crown 35.5 (15.6%)
Pavil 40.8 (43.0%)
cutlet 0.4% v. small
girdle 1.7%
diam: 7.01mm (6.98-7.04)*4.34

it also says AGS 0 there.

I run those two measurements in the cut adviser and got very different results. what do you guys think of this cut and stone? Thanks a bunch!

Well, the big difference is in the crown angle. It is possible that between GIA rounding, acceptable error, and calibration differences, that both numbers are repeatable. The real value may be somewhere in between. Maybe an Ideal Scope if you want to know which angle is closer to the real value.

If you could shoot for like an F VS2 and increase the carat weight if there's money left over, I think it would be more "bang for the buck."

Thanks a lot for the suggestions! I will take a look at the other two...
