I''m looking to purchase a loose diamond for my soon to be fiance. I have these details of the stone and I was wondering if someone could help me come up with an offer to give to the person selling it. The diamond actually comes in a very elegant designer setting but I have something else in mind for her.

Princess cut .57 ctw
Square Mod Brill cut

Total Depth Percentage 73.7%
Table Diameter Percentage 74.5%
Crown Height Percentage 12.5
Pavilion Depth Percentage 58.0
Culet Size N
Girdle Thickness SLIGHTLY THICK

Polish VERY GOOD
Symmetry GOOD

CLARITY GRADE : SI 2
COLOR GRADE : F
FLUORESCENCE NONE

Comments : PREEXISTING INSCRIPTION ON GIRDLE PRESENT.

I gathered all of this info from the IGI online report.

Welcome Brendan,

Firstly, is this diamond for sale with a private seller? Do you have any more info or images for the diamond? Unfortunately we can't tell much by numbers alone.

If you don''t want the setting, you will likely do better if you just purchase a loose stone to start with and put it in a setting yourself. The seller is going to want compensation for the designer setting too, unless the seller agrees to remove the stone from the setting.

IGI prices would be in line with EGL prices and not GIA or AGS when you run searches to get an idea what stones are retailing for.
