I am helping my cousin out and need some input from you guys. He found this GIA .90ct that I am not to sure about, but the price is right. He has a $3800 max budget and needs a stone that can look 1ct. It scored at 2.9 on the Halloway Cut Adviser. It has a large table which helps make it look bigger but gives it a low crown height of 12.5%. The setting has two .30ct pointers on the side in G-H color so he is afraid if he goes down to .80 it will look to small next to the side stones which i disagree. I feel a better quality .80ct is a better choice and around the same price point with similar color and clarity to this one. Do you think it is worth buying for this price? I'm afraid it will be flat in not ideal lighting and lose fire due to the table. Here are the stats below any help would be greatly appreciated. THANKS!
